I really needed a whole house (carpets) cleaned at short notice and just telephoned Alex for a quote. We had a very pleasant conversation about my predicament and he was going on holiday but fitted me in the next day. He has done a fantastic job and couldn't be happier with the end results - will definitely be recommending him to anybody needing this work done - and he is a very nice man who has a lot of respect for this customers and their property. Just had A & K Cleaning Services to the house to clean the stairs and landing carpet. It had quite a few stains and general ground in dirt from traffic up and down, but Alex did a tremendous job - looks like new! Would recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

Had my leather suit cleaned not only was it like new but the leather was so soft again.

The service was carpet cleaning. Impressed by thoroughness of pre-delivery estimating, colour fast checking and honesty of stain assessment.
Arrived exactly when booked, cheerful and friendly. No sense of rushing the job. No fuss about moving furniture and minimising staining with simple fail protection. End result on four (pale) carpets very satisfactory. All looked clean and fresh and marks of mysterious origin in dining room largely eliminated. Will certainly use again and happy to recommend.
 

Just had our living room, hall/stair carpets cleaned. You can really see the difference made. Very happy with the job and was incredibly professional from start to finish. Sensible prices. Highly recommended.

I am elderly so appreciated he came exactly at the time arranged. He was specially careful with furniture etc. Most important I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He was friendly and polite.
